1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of our website, placing an order, enrolling in a training program, or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, students, and any other users of our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enter into a contract with us. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
2 Services Description
Digital IT Hub Services provides the following categories of services:
- Digital Services: Website design and development, e-commerce solutions, SEO and SEM, digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads), social media management, and graphic design.
- Training Programs: Advanced Microsoft Excel, VBA Macro Automation, and Power BI / Business Intelligence training — delivered online, at our premises, or at the client's location.
- Data Analytics: Custom dashboard development, KPI framework design, automated reporting, and business intelligence consulting.
All service deliverables, timelines, scope, and pricing are agreed upon in a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The terms in this document supplement any such agreement; in the event of a conflict, the signed SOW shall prevail.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines provided during the proposal stage are indicative. Final timelines are subject to timely receipt of client-supplied materials (content, images, credentials, approvals). Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required inputs will not be attributed to the Company.
3 Payments & Fees
Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment schedule is:
- Digital Services (Projects): 50% advance upon project confirmation; 50% balance prior to final delivery / go-live.
- Training Programs: Full fee to be paid at the time of enrollment to confirm your seat. Installment/EMI options are available on request and subject to approval.
- Monthly Retainers: Invoiced on the 1st of each month; payable within 5 business days.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets), NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and cash at our office. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
GST
All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST at the applicable rate will be added to all invoices. Our GSTIN is: .
Late Payments
Invoices unpaid beyond the due date will accrue interest at 2% per month (or part thereof). We reserve the right to suspend or pause service delivery until outstanding amounts are cleared.
4 Intellectual Property
Our Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Digital IT Hub Services or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Client Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, the Company assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the bespoke deliverables created specifically for the client under that project. The Company retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Licences
Certain deliverables may incorporate third-party licensed components (stock images, fonts, plugins). The client is responsible for ensuring they have valid licences for continued use of such components beyond the project handover.
Training Materials
All training materials, course notes, recordings, and worksheets provided during our training programs are proprietary to Digital IT Hub Services and are licensed for the personal educational use of the enrolled student only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of training materials is strictly prohibited.
5 User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
- Transmit unsolicited communications (spam) or malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks.
- Copy, reproduce, or scrape website content without prior written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Engage in any activity that could damage the Company's reputation.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account or engagement, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
6 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital IT Hub Services makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Guarantees of specific business results, rankings, revenue, or outcomes from our digital marketing services.
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of our website.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital IT Hub Services and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunities.
- Any damages arising from third-party services, platforms, or tools used in service delivery.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to a service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service in the three months preceding the claim.
8 Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- The Company shall deliver all completed work for which payment has been received.
- Access to any tools, accounts, or platforms managed by the Company may be handed over within 10 business days of full payment clearance.
The Company reserves the right to terminate any engagement immediately and without notice in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or illegal activity.
9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Hyderabad.
10 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We encourage you to review these terms periodically. For material changes, we may notify active clients by email.
